New Beginnings Shih Tzu (& friends) Rescue has been in existence since July 2005. In that time, we have rescued and rehomed many Shih Tzu, Shih Tzu mixes, and even a few dogs that weren't quite Shih Tzu, but were well worth the effort nevertheless. We walk a fine line between faith in our mission, and staying financially viable. Our adoption fees do not cover the medical costs for our fosters. William "Leaky Billy" Walker was rescued from a puppymill and has graced his mama's home and heart for almost seven years, as well as stealing the hearts of anyone else who met him. Billy went to Rainbow Bridge 6/3/07. We'll miss you Billy but we know you'll be watching over us and our rescue until we see you again
