Our rescue screens all applications, based upon the applicants' ability to meet the needs of our foster dogs and our adoption policies, guidelines, and ethical standards. All applications must provide complete information, including references with phone numbers. Below are some of our guidelines for adoption.

- Applicant must be over the age of 18

- All members of an applicant's family must want to adopt

- Applicant must be willing to allow us to contact their listed references and perform a home visit at their residence before adoption (with all residing family members present).

- All current pets residing in the applicant's home must be spayed/neutered and be up-to-date with necessary vaccinations. They must also be on heart worm preventative. If current pets do not meet this criteria for a medically-necessitated reason, owner must provide documentation from their veterinarian.
