New Beginnings Shih Tzu & Friends Rescue
is a 501 (c)(3) Non-Profit whose mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome Shih Tzu, Shih Tzu mixes, and other small dogs that need help.
We are an all-volunteer rescue, located in the Midwest, encompassing Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin .
